 Quality Policy
The late Rai Bahadur M. S. Oberoi was known for his obsession with quality. He
firmly believed in the mantra that "Quality follows Quality", and applied it
meticulously in every sphere of his life.
At EIH Press, we believe that quality is a multi-dimensional concept. Rarely
can it be attributed to a single factor. Technology alone cannot produce
quality. It has to be supported by efficient people and well-structured
processes. All these three key elements have been finely balanced across the
EIH Press, resulting in an environment and a group mindset both of which are
focussed sharply on quality.
